Academic Calendar

This is the expected calendar for the 2026-2027 school year.  Any changes will be given with more than sufficient notice to families.

Special Notes:
  • Family worship will be offered once a month during our chapel time.
  • In most cases, we will follow Harnett County Schools for weather-related delays and closures.
  • Orientation and placement testing will be on an assigned day for each family. The date will be determined after enrollment.
  • Annual Standardized Testing will take place near the end of the year and will be a fun, low-stakes experience.

  • August 31 - First Day of School
  • September 7 - Labor Day - school closed
  • October 12 - Columbus Day - school closed
  • November 11 - Veterans Day - school closed
  • November 25-27 - Thanksgiving Break - school closed
  • December 21 - First Day of Christmas Break
  • January 4 - School Resumes
  • January 18 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day - school closed
  • February 15 - Washington’s Birthday - school closed
  • March 22 - First Day of Spring Break
  • March 30 - School Resumes
  • May 28 - Last Day of School
