- Application Complete and sign the application.
- Application Fee Check for $250 registration fee made out to Movement Church (Legacy in memo). Possibly an online payment option in the future.
- Birth Certificate Include a copy of the student's birth certificate.
- Student Medical Form
- Student Medical Immunization Record All students applying for admissions must complete and include the Student Medical Form with the immunizations (or medical/religious exemption) attached to complete the application process.
- Family Interview After completion of these requirements, an interview will be scheduled with the appropriate personnel.
- Student Handbook Parents are expected to review the Student Handbook and agree to the policies and procedures
- Admissions Offer When the interview process is complete and it is determined that the applicant is a qualified candidate for admission to LCA, an offer will be generally extended within two weeks.
- Waitlist Process If there is not an opening at this time, the applicant will be placed on a wait list. Applicants on the wait list must reapply for each new admission year.
- Bottoms are Khaki or Navy: Pants, shorts, skirts (girls) are acceptable. Children’s Place offers affordable options.
- Tops are Navy, White, Green or Gold: Collared long and short sleeves are allowed.
- Sweaters are allowed in the same colors as the shirts.
- Dresses (girls) are allowed as shown in the options given at enrollment. Shorts to be worn underneath to allow for comfort during play and quiet times.
